Instructions
To validate a BigThanks Adventure Certificate provided by a customer, please follow these easy steps:
- Go to www.bigthanks.com.au
- On the right hand side of the Home Page is a box titled "Suppliers". Click on "GO".
- The next page you will see is a page titled "How to Validate an Adventure Certificate". Ignore the warning and click on "GO"
- A box will appear asking you to type in the BigThanks Adventure Certificate code you have received from your customer. Type this in and press "Proceed"
- If the certificate number is valid you should then see a box with your business's name in it and a message asking whether you would like to process the certificate. Click "Yes".
- You should then receive a message saying the voucher has been processed. Payment will be made by BigThanks to your nominated bank account by direct debit on a net 14 day basis.
- If you receive a message stating that the gift certificate does not exist, or it is for another supplier, please do not honor it under any circumstances. Instead either ask the customer to contact BigThanks immediately on 1300 434 577 or contact us directly.
