DESCRIPTION: Go Winter White Water Rafting on the Murray River, 80km south of Perth in the beautiful Dwellingup region.
Hang on tight and experience the thrill of rapids such as ‘Tricky Dicky’, ‘Columbines’, ‘Fast Eddies’, ‘Gobbly Guts’, with the day culminating in the 1km long ‘Terminations’!
No experience is necessary, so it is great for the whole family.
Our white water rafting trips combine all the elements of a memorable adventure - beautiful scenery, thrilling rapids, solitude and relaxation. We offer a variety of river trips with each trip carefully geared to meet your level of experience and sense of adventure. During periods of low water, two person rafts are used, offering more excitement in smaller waves. In the height of our winter season, the larger rafts are used allowing more maneuverability and comfort in big water.
PRICE: $185 per person (including GST).
VENUE: Murray River, Dwellingup
DURATION: We offer great rafting opportunities every Saturday and Sunday from July until September with time on the river lasting 7 hours. Mid week trips can also be organised for group bookings.
Time: 6.15am – returning approx 5.30pm. Departing from Welshpool.
VALID FOR: 1 person. Minimum number of people required to take raft out is 12 and maximum is 17.

You will be provided with:

- An experienced guide either in your raft or escorting your raft from a kayak

It is suggested you bring:

Any personal medication. First aid kits are carried on experience.

Sun glasses - retainer strap for all glasses and sunglasses is recommended. Should you depend on glasses or contact lenses for comfort or survival, it is strongly advised you bring a second pair.

Clothing - Comfortable loose clothing (tracksuit pants, polo shirt, old jumper, etc). Consider including: bathers, thermal underwear, two pairs of socks, etc)

Plastic bags to store wet items

Footwear – enclosed footwear must be worn on the water ie runners, wetsuit booties or enclosed reef shoes. Bring a second pair of shoes as one pair will get wet.

Bring a wetsuit if you prefer to wear your own, perhaps it will fit better.

Rain jacket, this will help to keep you comfortable in inclement weather.
