Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is also a super dynamic core workout, you're strengthening those core muscle groups and stabilizers every time you SUP! Your balance will improve, as well as your fitness. Ideal cross-training for Gym junkies that are the outdoor type and would like to blend a good workout with a bit of sea spray. A great challenge for co-ordination and balance.
This is not a surfing session, no previous surfing experience necessary! Want to have some fun?
