DESCRIPTION: Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Surfing is the latest craze to reach our shores. The best part about "supping" is that when you aren't catching the waves, you can paddle around behind the break or cruise down the river....
You'll never have to catch a tinny ride out to your favourite break or take that shoulder burning short board paddle out to bay-surf ever again....just take the SUP board off the roof of your car, get it in the water and 'stand-up paddle' out there! You'll be hooked once you try it!
SUP is also a super dynamic core workout, you're strengthening those core muscle groups and stabilizers every time you SUP! Your balance will improve, as well as your fitness. Our qualified personal trainers have the skills in fitness instruction to guide you through a complete Core Board workout.

New to Stand Up? This is the lesson to get you familiar with the equipment and techniques to get you started. The lesson is conducted on flat water, with an opportunity to hit some small waves.

VALID FOR: 1 person.
RESTRICTIONS: Participants must be able to swim. Days of Operation - Saturday and Sunday 9am, (other times can be arranged by appointment) Standard - Beginner
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All equip is included. Just bring a towel, your bathers and a drink
