DESCRIPTION: Noosa is the Australian home of Stand Up Paddle Boarding. We teach you all the basic skills in a safe environment which is fun for all the family. Learn in the still waters of the beautiful Noosa River.
Take in the views as we teach you paddle skills, turning, basic strokes, sweeps and control. All the skills for a fun, light, core stability workout while having fun with your instructor right by your side at all times.
We can cater for all levels of fitness. All ages welcome.
VENUE: Noosa QLD
DURATION: 1 Hour, Class times 7.30am, 9am and 11.15am.
VALID FOR: 1 person.
RESTRICTIONS: Nil
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Spanish, French and Japanese speaking coaches available. Free local pick up available. All equip is included. Just bring a towel, your bathers and a drink. In some cases you can bring your board if you are taking private lessons or at an intermediate standard. This can be discussed when booking your tour.
