DESCRIPTION: Feel the breeze in your hair as we sail in our luxury catamaran to our favourite island getaway – Rottnest Island. Relax, swim or snorkel whilst we set anchor in one of the picturesque bays.
Whether you choose to swim, snorkel or just relax, we guarantee that this will be a truly enjoyable experience!
Your vessel is a luxuriously appointed Seawind 1200, we carry two kayaks and a rigid inflatable with outboard for your use and also have two easy access swim platforms.
The Journey to Rottnest takes about two hours as we cross Cockburn Sound. Don't forget to keep a look out for Dolphins along the way! We drop anchor in one of the many picturesque bays close to the Settlement. Swim, snorkel, go ashore and simply laze on the beach - the choice is yours.
Light refreshments, cool drinks, tea and coffee are provided, but why not take advantage of our BBQ on board a pack a hamper of your favourite morsels, wines and beers. We are happy to assist with preparation, cooking and service of your private BYO hamper.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an $11.50pp Rottnest Reserve Entry Fee payable on the day of your experience. This is a local government visitor tax for preservation of the reserve.
This experience is available for bookings from November - May ONLY.
PRICE: $190 per person (includes GST).
VENUE: Fremantle, Western Australia.
DURATION: Trips are 8 hours in duration. Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow for boarding and stowing of belongings.
VALID FOR: 1 person.
Groups of up to 12 people are welcome onboard.
RESTRICTIONS: Sailing is an adult environment, but children are welcome as part of a family group, with a minimum age of 5 years (no babies in arms). You are welcome to take part in the sailing, raising, lowering and trimming sails and taking the helm!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: We operate with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 passengers. The price quoted is for one person.
Remember, sailing is wind and weather dependent, so the choice of direction and destinations will need to be evaluated nearer the day. We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule if conditions require it.
It is possible that you might get wet from sea spray, so bring something warm to change into (tracksuit, etc). Bring a swimming costume and towel on the day as you are welcome to snorkel and swim. Don't forget to bring a lunch hamper and any alcohol you wish to consume with you on the day.
