DESCRIPTION: Using IKO guidelines we teach you correct rigging up, wind window, correct assessment of conditions, kite flying, release systems, launching and landing, emergency pack downs and self rescue.
This is the most important kite lesson you will ever do as it is the safety and technical side of Kite Flying.
This lesson is done on the land with special training kites and gives you a strong foundation for moving onto a four-line traction kite.
From here you can go onto Lesson 2 and straight into the more powerful stuff in the water.
PRICE: $130 per person (including GST).
VENUE: Choose from the Swan River near Perth and Fremantle or Safety Bay near Rockingham.
DURATION: 1.5 hours. Operates 7 days per week, all year round.
VALID FOR: 1 person.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Season runs all year round.
We are IKO-accredited and yachting Australia certified.
All equipment (excluding wetsuit which can be hired for just $10) is provided for each lesson.
