DESCRIPTION: Have you ever wanted to get behind the decks of a club and feel the euphoric ambience that a DJ creates? With our “DJ for a Day” experience, you can do just that! Experience a group session DJ crash course that will have you mixing like a pro once complete!
This fun, hands-on one day DJ training crash course provides participants with all the basic skills and know-how to get the dancefloor shaking and really get the crowds jumping. During this practical lesson, participants will learn how to mix like a pro and scratch like the experts with the easy-to-follow lesson format, making it suitable for absolutely anyone.
This experience would be undertaken with other group participants and would make an ideal gift for someone who is looking for something unique, fun and exciting to learn.

• How To Set Up And Use Your Equipment
• The Beat Mixing Process
• How To Do Beat Mix Transitions
• Mixing With Turntables
• Mixing With Cd Players
• Other Mixing And Transition Styles
• Digital Dj Systems
VENUE: Courses available in either Abbotsford, Melbourne or Leichhardt, Sydney.
DURATION: 4 hours. Courses are run every Saturday. For available course dates please email us info@bigthanks.com.au
VALID FOR: 1 person (Groups of more than 4 need to purchase the Group Package)
RESTRICTIONS: Advanced bookings required as courses fill up quickly. Limit of 6 students per class.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The custom built studios where the course takes place, are equipped with the latest technology and features separate DJ booths so that each participant has an individual workstation to get the full experience of being a DJ. All of the professional instructors have teaching qualifications combined with extensive industry experience. Each student has their own individual DJ Booth to use throughout the course. Students have access to a wide range of the latest DJ equipment and set ups to use.
