Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula Winery Tour

DESCRIPTION: Enjoy a full day tour through the Geelong wine region and explore all that the boutique vineyards and wineries have to offer!

At the forefront of Victoria’s wine history, by the 1860’s Geelong was the most significant wine region in Australia. The discovery of the vine disease phylloxera led to a complete vine pull in the 1870’s! It precipitated an absence of vines lasting almost 100 years. Today the region is home to many boutique vineyards creating world class varietal wines. The incredible variety of its rugged beauty from surf coast to volcanic plains and variety of micro-climates mean its wine, food and landscape resist any single description.

VENUE: We will pick you up from accommodation in Melbourne CBD or the immediate surrounds, Victoria.

DURATION: City Pickups at 9am. Tour concludes at 5.30pm.

VALID FOR: 1 Person (minimum of 2 people required for the tour to operate).

RESTRICTIONS: Minimum of 2 people required for the tour to operate (maximum of ten people).
