DESCRIPTION: Spoil yourself and enjoy an indulgent five-course dinner on board an enclosed and air-conditioned horse-drawn carriage as we take you on a 3 hour journey. Take in the spectacular sights of the Hawkesbury River and the Blue Mountains peaks as you enjoy a unique historical dining experience combining all manner of diverse entertainments, culinary delights and sensory pleasures.
Your experience begins at the Sebel Resort & Spa where you will be treated to pre-dinner drinks and canapes within the Barracks Bar. Make your selection from the extensive A La Carte menu before boarding your carriage, for a truly unique and intimate dining experience that you will always remember.
Indulge in fine dining as you are served a sumptuous Entree, Main and Dessert, Cheese / Port, and a Tea / Coffee. You will also be served champagne, wine and premium beer throughout your enchanting journey onboard.
Experience the atmosphere of historical Windsory by night, as your onboard Host provides light commentary of days gone by. Throughout the journey, you are invited to disembark at several points of interest to explore some of our nations oldest & finest buildings by moonlight.
VENUE: Tour departs from Sebel Resort & Spa in Hawkesbury, North-Western Sydney NSW.
DURATION: Departs every Saturday at 7pm. Approximately 3 hour journey. This dining tour is also available mid-week (Tuesday - Thursday) for group bookings only (6 - 8 people).

Evening Tours commence at 7pm at the luxurious Sebel Resort and Spa, Hawkesbury Valley, returning at approximately 10pm.
Smart Casual. Our suggestion is (ladies) to wear comfortable footwear as you are invited throughout the journey to disembark the carriage.
We operate all year round and in wet weather, however, we reserve the right to postpone tours at short notice due to extreme weather conditions including hail and high temperatures.
We seat a maximum of eight guests, and do require a minimum of six (6) to operate our tours. Bookings for TWO GUESTS are welcome and every effort is made to match parties up to make the minimum guest numbers for the tour.
