Delivery
We are committed to getting your order to your door (or the person you’re giving it to) as fast as possible, via Australia Post's national parcel service.
Your order is despatched within 24 hours of receipt, and delivery will take two to five days, depending where you live. Or, if you don’t want to receive the order straight away, we’ll hold it until you’re ready. You can track on-line the delivery progress of your order after it has left us – we’ll give you the consignment number and you can check at www.eparcel.com.au
You need to sign for your delivery, so we recommend it be to a work address. If that is not possible, and if no one is available when Australia Post attempts delivery, the postie will leave a card in your letterbox indicating that a parcel is awaiting collection at your nearest Post Office.
