DESCRIPTION: If your physical or emotional health is challenged, relaxation massage can eliminate the production of stress chemicals in the body.

Typically, a relaxation massage focuses on stress release. The techniques are soothing, but will hone in on any muscle tightness present.

Relaxation massage helps increase circulation, relaxes nervous system, helps reduce heart rate and lowers stress levels.

VENUE: Armadale, Victoria. Only a 15 minute drive from Melbourne CBD.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Facilities: As a guest you will have complimentary use of our Relaxation lounge, change rooms, lockers, towels and herbal tea blends. For spa treatments one hour or more, you will have complimentary use of robes and slippers. Feel free to relax in our Moroccan lounge after your treatment. Suggested attire: Please wear comfortable clothing. Spa attire will be provided for all spa treatments one hour or more. Underwear is required for all treatments and swimwear for wet treatments. We also provide disposable underwear if you forget your bathers. Arrival Time: For you to enjoy the full value of your spa treatments and experience, we ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before commencement of your treatment. This gives you time to fill out our Confidential Consultation card.
