Located in a deep valley in the Victorian Alps, Walhalla Historic Township is one of Victoria's hidden treasures. Discover the fascinating history of this once rich gold mining town and walk into the historic heart of one of the world's richest gold mines as we take a guided tour through the Long Tunnel Extended Gold Mine. Sit back and relax with a ride on the restored Walhalla Goldfields Railway as it winds its way from Thomson via Happy Creek to Walhalla.
