Dreamed of being able to cook authentic Italian cuisine, just-like-a-mama? Come and enjoy an Italian cooking class with Melbourne cooking personality and teacher Pip Kerslake. Learn a range of skills, cook delicious seasonal foods, enjoy your gourmet creations, then take home a range of recipes that will have your family singing Mama Mia, ‘how can I resist you’!
In this classic Italian cooking class Pip shows you how to make mouth-watering Italian dishes such as:
* your own pasta dough from ’scratch’ – to make spaghetti, fettuccine, agnolotti, and ravioli
* interesting pasta sauces, including traditional pasta sauce, to serve with your homemade pasta
* a very tasty pesto and a variation on the traditional gnocchi
* authentic pizza dough for real home made pizza
* traditional Italian salad like: Orange & Fennel, Apple, Speck & Asiago Cheese Salad
* desserts such as: Tiramasu, Zabaglione, Stuffed Peaches with Amaretto, and many more
Cook up a storm then sit down with a glass of vino and enjoy your Italian meal. Then, as with all great Italian dining experiences, finish off with a smooth coffee and sweet biscotti.
