DESCRIPTION: Socialise in an entertaining informative environment, learning about and tasting speciality cheeses and sipping superb and fascinating wines to match and compliment these amazing flavours.
Three hosts entertain you on this journey into the world of cheese, wine and food.
Learn about the history of the cheeses, how they are made, how they are best stored and eaten.
Wines are brought to you from different sources and regions and are chosen to compliment the cheeses.
Enjoy a 30 minute cooking demonstration creating a quick and tasty dish using one of the selected cheeses. Entertaining and knowledgeable, our experienced instructors will guide you through the recipe and discuss ingredients and cooking techniques.
As well as taking a printed recipe sheet home, you will be able to sample it on the night!

DURATION:
Two classes are held each season throughout the year on a Monday and Thursday evening starting at 6.30pm prompt - 8.00pm approx finish.
Classes book up in advance so bookings are essential.
VALID FOR: 1 person. Maximum of 17 people per class.
RESTRICTIONS: None.
