Personable staff lead the way designing recreational cooking classes in Perth resulting in down to earth delicious and clever recipes that can be replicated in your home.
Designing recipes inspired by the seasons, fresh produce can be purchased at it's peak. Taste and nutrition are at maximum levels. Throughout the year each season heralds new fresh ingredients. We develop our premium class packages to feature this produce in Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring Seasonal Series.
Three classes totalling nearly seven hours tuition will inspire you to try something different, learn about new ingredients and techniques, increase your knowledge and expand your repertoire. Modern Australian cooking spans the globe and we bring you flavours from all corners such as Asia, The Middle East, Europe, the Americas and India.

Easy Entertaining where you will learn dishes that will impress and delight your guests. We discuss pre-preparation, presentation and let you in on professional secrets to ensure everything goes according to plan!
Mid Week Cooking for quick family style dishes that offer balance as well as taste. These are practical recipes that can be produced in your kitchen after a busy day. The family will love these new ideas.
Classic Favourites include choice recipes from our collection plus "really good" classic dishes, sometimes with a twist! We carefully select these for their sheer "deliciousness" and popularity. Today, customers are delighted and excited with the results they achieve from these contemporary versions.

You have a front row seat, right in front of the action. With a maximum of 14 attendees your questions will get answered, and to the best of our ability your name will be remembered.

Generous tastings are provided throughout the class. The half portions of the four recipes demonstrated amount to a reasonable sized meal.

Recipes are designed by our demonstrators who are professionals with years of experience and much knowledge in the kitchen.

The recipes really work, we go to great lengths developing and testing them to ensure that.

We have two resident demonstrators who are also busy working mums. They understand constraints faced in the modern day domestic kitchen and can share all their professional hints and tips.

Enjoy the surroundings and comfort of our purpose built kitchen. Sitting on padded stools and having a large workbench in front of you means it is easy to relax, eat and drink with ample space.

Our adjacent store is stocked full of unusual and delicious ingredients and fabulous cookware that we are familiar with as we use it all in the demonstration kitchen.

Daytime Classes (Tuesday and Wednesday): 11.30am prompt start - 1.45pm approx. finish
Evening Classes (Tuesday and Wednesday): 6.45pm prompt start - 9.00pm approx finish
Classes book up in advance so bookings are essential.
VALID FOR: 1 person. Maximum of 14 people per class.

- Prices include demonstration, tastings, soft drinks, laminated recipe cards and the cooking cabaret!
- We have the right to cancel a class if attendance does not meet our requirements.
