The class is designed to equip you with the skills to cook vegetarian and vegan Indian cuisine that is wholesome, delicious and fresh. The classes provide practical hands-on cookery balanced with an insightful understanding of the benefits of Indian cuisine and its relationship to good health.

You are provided with a Spice Starter kit with the Traditional Homestyle Indian Class and all classes include a recipe folder. At the end of each class, relax as you enjoy a scrumptious feast, leaving both your palate and your appetite immensely satisfied.
