In order for us to craft the perfect letter, we’ll ask you to complete a form that we will send to you. Then, we’ll write you a letter that you can send to your beloved. With your involvement, we’ll create a letter that captures what you want to say, and say it in a way that can’t help but be treasured.
We will send you a draft letter for your comment and input, then send you the final letter by email, so you can print it yourself or send it direct to your loved one.

Your letter is significant to you, so we will endeavour to complete it within three days and deliver it within five working days.
When you place your letter order, please supply the name and phone number and email of the person giving the letter. Don’t refer to the recipient of the actual letter! We will contact you by phone or email within 48 hours to get the details of the recipient so we can craft the letter.
The package will then be sent to you, or if you prefer, directly to the recipient. The form we send you will ask you for your preference.
