DESCRIPTION: The Air Combat "Dog Fight" Jet Mission involves two BAC Strikemaster Jet Aircraft and runs for 40 minutes and is tailored to the passengers - from mild to wild!
This is the ultimate jet fighter pilot experience. You and an adversary get to go head to head in an air combat dog fight! Each passenger flying in their very own Strikemaster Jet!
Fly a simulated military style air combat attack operation. The only question will be.....who gets to be Maverick and who gets to be Ice-man!
The initial part of the flight once airborne will involve familiarising you with your aircrafts capabilities before sighting the enemy and then ‘Fights On’.
The ultimate in military air combat experiences - fly like the real fighter pilots fly! The mission includes the full range of aerobatics, extreme speed, high and low G, high speed fighter combat manoeuvres , tactical manoeuvres, advanced combat manoeuvring, enemy targeting, extreme speed and both high and low level tactical manoeuvring.
DOG FIGHT JET MISSIONS INCLUDE:
* Passenger fitted with flight suit.
* A comprehensive pre-flight briefing and safety instruction session.
* Passenger taken to aircraft for photograph session with the fighter jet before entering jet cockpit.
* Taxi, take-off, approx 40 minute 'Adventure Flight' tailored to the passenger, landing, debriefing and a chance to take more photographs at aircraft.
* A chance to view all the other aircraft with a talk regarding the history of each plane (from Port Macquarie home base only).
VENUE: Port Macquarie, NSW
DURATION: Allow 2 to 3 hours for your whole mission experience.
VALID FOR: 1 person.
RESTRICTIONS: The Dog Fight mission is generally available from the Port Macquarie base only. People under 18 may fly but only with parental or legal guardian’s consent. We recommend a minimum age of 14 years but this is subject to individual review. There is no maximum age restriction for these flights. Passengers must be of reasonable health and fitness.
