DESCRIPTION: The 'Top-Gun Jet Mission' adventure flight is a 30 minute High and Low altitude Air Combat Mission. It is our most popular flight in the BAC Strikemaster Jet offering both high and low altitude flying.
It is a thirty minute flight experiencing the full range of aerobatics, extreme speed, high and low G, high speed fighter combat maneuvers and tactical maneuvers.
This flight is for anyone who wants to experience what it’s like to be a top-gun fighter pilot and will leave you begging for more!
Once fully kitted up in flight suit and helmet, briefing completed: it’s over to the machine that you will talk about for years to come. Getting to know your pilot as they run through the start up sequence and light the fire underneath you.
In the air we will prepare for the first of the aerobatic maneuvers and once settled into your fighter pilot role we move on to the more high performance functions this aircraft has to offer.
We aim to fully demonstrate the aircraft’power, speed and agility all the while keeping you a complete part of the cockpit action.
All flights are personalised and always tailored to the individual – from mild to wild!
TOP GUN JET MISSION INCLUDES:
* Passenger fitted with flight suit.
* A comprehensive pre-flight briefing and safety instruction session.
* Passenger taken to aircraft for photograph session with the fighter jet before entering jet cockpit.
* Taxi, take-off, approx 30 minute 'Adventure Flight' tailored to the passenger, landing, debriefing and a chance to take more photographs at aircraft.
* A chance to view all the other aircraft with a talk regarding the history of each plane (from Port Macquarie home base only).
VENUE: Port Macquarie, Lismore & Newcastle, NSW
DURATION: Allow 2 hours for your whole mission experience.
VALID FOR: 1 person.
RESTRICTIONS: People under 18 may fly but only with parental or legal guardian’s consent. We recommend a minimum age of 14 years but this is subject to individual review. There is no maximum age restriction for these flights. Passengers must be of reasonable health and fitness.
