DESCRIPTION:Take in the spectacular sights of Mount Coory and the Sunshine Coast, departing from Maroochydore, with this breathtaking touring glider flight.
After departing from Maroochydore Airport you will cruise north west to Mount Cooroy on the verge of the Sunshine Coast hinterland with views out to Mapelton and Lake McDonald.
We will climb to 4,500 feet where the engine will be shut down for a very memorable glide along the range to Yandina. Returning to Maroochydore Airport via the Nambour. You will enjoy magnificent views out to the coast and over the hinterland.
On the day, you will be gliding with a senior gliding instructor who will demonstrate to you how to fly these sophisticated gliders. It is then your turn to take the controls and enjoy the rewarding experience of flying like a bird. This is an experience you will never forget!
VENUE: Departs from Sunshine Coast Maroochydore Airport, just 10 minutes from Maroochydore .
DURATION: 50 Minutes.
VALID FOR: 1 person.
RESTRICTIONS: Bookings essential. The maximum passenger weight is 110kg.
