Accommodation: 

2 nights luxury accommodation at The Heavens private retreat. (A very substantial breakfast hamper is provided for the first morning of your stay. This hamper consists of local Burrawang bacon, eggs freshly laid by our flock of free range hens, field mushrooms and gourmet tomatoes for you to cook at your leisure, Chelsea Morning Muesli from Harvest Ingredients, home-­baked crusty bread, oranges for you to freshly juice, milk, butter and jams from The Treat Factory in Berry).

Dinner Hamper:

A selection of gourmet local produce to start you on your food journey.  Enjoy a light dinner of antipasti – cheeses, semi dried tomatoes, cold meats, salad greens and crusty bread.

This full day tour in stunning Kangaroo Valley visits small producers who offer a personalised experience, and generous tasting samples of their fine fare. Discover hidden gourmet treasures and culinary delights, and purchase directly from the source.  Join this tour from the farm gates, to the paddocks all the way to your plates and glasses.

Olive Grove-­ Olives picked fresh from the trees and pressed into delicious extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil tasting and samples.

Kangaroo Valley Olive Centre -­  a small scale production of table olives, tapenades and vinegars. View the factory, kitchen, and barrels of olives.

Boutique  Award Winning Winery and vineyard that also has abundant citrus orchard, nut trees and seasonal fruit. Generous wine and liqueur tastings

For two at Flavours of the Valley Cooking School. Location, location, location! A cooking class with a difference! This cooking school is set on 120 private bush acres in wonderful Kangaroo Valley. Take a day away from your hectic week to learn some new skills, relax, and enjoy our peaceful, ambient setting. Try your hand at creating your own delicious Mediterranean meal. Several different dishes are prepared by you working alongside our teacher and then shared in a sumptuous tasting platter where you will enjoy generous samples of the flavours and textures of the Mediterranean. Class inclusions:

Recipes will vary according to seasonal availability. 

Once you have redeemed the voucher and confirmed a date, you can only transfer your place if you provide the class with 5 working days notice.  

If this notice is not given we are unable to transfer your booking due to pre purchase of ingredients and loss of placement.

You may however send someone in your place. 

If you do not turn up for a class you will forfeit the experience and there will be no refund.
