We'll conduct the lesson to your level! The lesson is conducted in small/moderate surf for intermediates and moderate + surf for advanced riders.
SUP is also a super dynamic core workout, you're strengthening those core muscle groups and stabilizers every time you SUP! Your balance will improve, as well as your fitness. Our qualified personal trainers have the skills in fitness instruction to guide you through a complete Core Board workout.

RESTRICTIONS: Participants must be able to swim. Days of Operation - Saturday and Sunday 9am (other times can be arranged by appointment) Standard - Intermediate to Advanced
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All equip is included or you can bring your own. Just bring a towel, your bathers and a drink.
