DESCRIPTION: Enjoy an unforgettable experience as you explore the natural wonders of the Healesville Sanctuary, visit some of the Yarra Valley's finest wineries, and enjoy a first class lunch.
The Healesville Sanctuary is a world-renowned example of Australia ’s native wildlife flourishing in a natural bushland environment. Here you will be able to explore the sights, sounds and scents of the magnificent Australian bush and meet our wonderful wildlife up close. In combination with visits to some of the Yarra Valley’s finest wineries, this tour makes for an amazing and memorable experience. Surrounded by rolling hills and nurtured by the Yarra River, this valley produces a remarkable array of exemplary cool-climate wines and regional produce. Amid undulating panoramas of vineyards and fertile farmland lie fifty-five cellar doors of some of the world’s finest wineries alongside some brilliant family-owned and boutique wineries, awaiting your discovery.
During the day as well as exploring the Healesville Sanctuary, you will enjoy a first class lunch, and visit 2-3 of the Yarra Valley’s finest wineries which may include Domaine Chandon where the style is to sit down and enjoy a full flute of sparkling wine and a taster’s platter.
VENUE: We will pick you up from accommodation in Melbourne CBD or the immediate surrounds. The Healesville Sanctuary is approximately one hour from Melbourne, Victoria.
DURATION: City Pickups at 9am. Tour concludes at 5.30pm.
VALID FOR: 1 Person (minimum of 2 people required for the tour to operate).
RESTRICTIONS: Minimum of 2 people required for the tour to operate (maximum of ten people).
