DESCRIPTION: "Cruise 'n Trail" combines a trio of transport - leisurely scenic river cruise, air conditioned coach and exciting horse-drawn wagon trail - as well as tastes, sights and experiences synonymous with the Swan Valley.
The Swan Valley's reputation as "Perth's Valley of Taste" will be highlighted in the delicious a-la-carte lunch complimented with tea and percolated coffee.
The highlight of this tour is the scenic off-road trailing deep into the heart of the vineyards, lakeside through the nature wetland bird sanctuary, scented pine forest and lush olive groves.
Your tour includes:
- Captain Cook Cruise - cruise leisurely past riverside mansions, parklands, historic buildings and vineyards as you enjoy the Captain's expert commentary
- Morning Tea - tea, coffee and pastries on board
- Wine Tasting - sample premium WA "Wines of the Month" with cheese and crackers on your cruise
- Margaret River Chocolate Company - coach transfer for heavenly tastings of chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate
- Lunch - Chef's Selection Platter featuring smoked salmon, chorizo, vegetable frittata, extra virgin olive oil, olives, garden fresh salad, brie and creamy cheddar, barbequed asparagus all washed down with a glass of sparkling or still wine. Lunch will also feature hand-crafted Muscat ice-cream with Liqueur Muscat.

- Wine Talk and Tasting - meet the local grower and wine maker, share his passion and savour the results of his efforts in Swan Valley premium wines
VENUE: The cruise departs from Perth. Wagon trails meander through the peaceful Henley Brook area - only 25 minutes from Perth.
DURATION: Tours are conducted daily Wednesday to Sunday and public holidays from 9:30am. The tour takes approximately 7.5 hours but may vary according to group sizes.
VALID FOR: 1 adult. Tours are conducted for a minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 40 passengers.
RESTRICTIONS: There are no restrictions on age or fitness, as this activity is considered a "Soft Adventure".
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Return coach transfers will be provided to Perth City or Guildford Train station (if preferred). Children up to the age of 1 year old may ride for an additional $10 fee payable on the day of the tour. They will need to be self-catered by their parents and either nursed in their parent's arms or placed in a stroller. We operate in all seasons.
