What will I pay for Australian delivery?
Nothing! Australian delivery is free. We pride ourselves on charging no extra for delivery regardless of how remote the destination within Australian.
We cannot however send fresh flowers or wild flowers to the Northern Territory or Tasmania due to Quarantine Laws.
For Australian delivery we select the most suitable delivery service (detailed below) offered. We process all orders received in the office Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (WST). Our fresh flowers are despatched 2pm Monday to Thursday from our Perth Nursery and are delivered via Australian Air Express Courier / Australia Post or an Australia Post Agent.
YOUR GIFT: Your chosen gifts are picked to order before being packed, with care instructions & flower food (where applicable), into a presentation gift box. Your personal message card is located on the outer of the box. Vases and other props are not included, and we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value should your chosen items not be available.
ORDERING: We require 1 to 6 working days notice depending on the delivery area. Our flowers are hand picked to order fresh from the field.
DELIVERY: The courier makes the majority of deliveries to the door, but Australia Post services some outlying areas. Deliveries are generally made between 8am & 6pm. Unfortunately as we are dealing with a third party for delivery we are unable to specify a time.
Australian Wildflowers
YOUR GIFT: Hand-dried coarse ti-tree, golden kangaroo paw, birdsnest banksia, scarlet banksia, acorn banksia, gravel bottlebrush, firewood banksia, ixodia daisy & showy dryandra are arranged before being packed with care instructions into a presentation gift box. Your personal message card is located on the outer of the box.
ORDERING: We require 1 to 6 working days notice depending on the delivery area. Our flowers are hand arranged at our South West nursery.
DELIVERY: We deliver throughout mainland Australia. We cannot however send wild flowers to the Northern Territory or Tasmania due to Quarantine Laws. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Christmas and Peak Periods
Whilst BigThanks will do everything within it's power to ensure your gifts arrive at their destination on time, please be aware that delivery times may take longer to reach their destination due to added pressures placed upon Australia Post and other organisations we use to deliver your gifts. With this in mind please place your orders at least 7 working days prior to your intended delivery date to ensure the best chances of your order arriving on time.
During these peak times BigThanks cannot guarantee your gift will arrive on your date specified. However we will do everything within our power to make sure your gift arrives as close to your chosen date as possible.
